Privacy policy

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Plefsi, Nikos Varelas, Iros Konstantopoulou 15, 163 46 Ilioupoli, Athens, Greece, phone +30 210 9963152, email info@plefsi.gr.

What data we collect

Only what you give us when you write to us through the contact form or “Send us photos”: name, phone or email, your boat, your message and the photos you choose.

The forms do not store anything on the website server. The message opens ready in your own email or in the app you choose (Viber, WhatsApp etc.) and you send it yourself. We receive it like any email or message.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, give you an estimate or quote and arrange your repair or order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to and performance of a contract).

We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties, except those needed for the communication to work (e.g. the email provider) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the communication and the job, and as long as tax law requires for invoices. It is then deleted.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and has no analytics tools.

We keep only two simple settings on your device (localStorage): the light or dark theme you chose and that the fonts have already loaded, so the site opens faster. They do not identify you.

The map on the Contact page uses Esri maps (with OpenStreetMap data), without cookies; to load the map images your browser contacts their servers. Links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram open their pages, under their own terms.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to info@plefsi.gr. We reply within one month.

If you believe we did not respect your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Changes

If anything in this policy changes, you will see it here with a new update date.
